David Hatke started Country Charm Construction in 1984, and in 1985, he became a builder dealer for REAL LOG HOMES, one of the oldest manufacturers in the industry with more than 28,000 homes built world wide since 1963.

In 1996, his son Andrew Hatke came on board. We are a family owned business with over 25 years of construction experience that you can count on for support and expertise.

Our Model is a 2,600 square foot Custom Madison model REAL log home Complete with a wraparound porch, cathedral ceilings, a full finished basement, metal roof, radiant heat system, this home shows numerous features present in many of our homes and represents the standard of quality that can be found in every home that we build.
